Treatment
Full-arch restoration on implants
Eat anything again, with fixed teeth.
For patients who have lost all or most of their teeth. Fixed prostheses on implants, digitally planned, that restore function and appearance.

Years with dentures wear you down. They move when you eat, you need adhesive, bone shrinks and your face changes. A full-arch restoration replaces the denture with fixed teeth screwed onto implants, which only the dentist removes.
We treat it as a team: the periodontist and implant specialist plans and places the implants, and the prosthodontist designs and builds the prosthesis. Everything comes from the same digital plan, so the surgery already knows where the teeth are going.
What it solves
- Dentures that move, hurt or embarrass you
- Loss of all teeth in one or both arches
- Badly damaged teeth that can no longer be saved
- Bone loss and a sunken face after years without teeth
How it is done
Step by step
- 01
Comprehensive evaluation
Imaging studies, intraoral scan, photographs and bite analysis. We talk about what you expect and about your general health.
- 02
Plan and smile design
We design the new teeth digitally and, from that design, the implant positions.
- 03
Surgery
Implant placement (and extractions if needed) with a surgical guide. In most cases you leave with fixed temporary teeth.
- 04
Final prosthesis
After healing we fabricate the final prosthesis in high-strength, esthetic materials.
- 05
Maintenance
Periodic check-ups and cleanings so implants and gums stay healthy.
Who is a candidate
Is this for me?
- Adults and seniors with no teeth or teeth with a hopeless prognosis
- Full-denture wearers looking for a fixed solution
- Patients with bone loss, using techniques such as All-on-4 or grafting
Common questions
What people ask us
How many implants do I need?
It depends on the bone and the type of prosthesis. A full arch can be solved with four, six or eight implants. We define it during digital planning.
Will I be without teeth during treatment?
We work hard to avoid that. In most cases we place fixed temporaries the same day or within a few days of surgery.
How many trips to Mexico does this take?
Usually two. The first trip for surgery and fixed temporaries (about a week), the second a few months later for the final prosthesis. We confirm the schedule after the remote review of your records.
