Treatment
Periodontal surgery
For the pockets a cleaning cannot reach.
Access surgery, periodontal regeneration and resective surgery to control advanced periodontitis and recover support.

When periodontitis leaves deep pockets, a regular cleaning no longer reaches the bottom. Periodontal surgery lets us see and clean the root directly and, in certain defects, regenerate part of the lost bone.
What it solves
- Deep periodontal pockets that persist after deep cleaning
- Localized bone loss that can be regenerated
- Irregular gum shape that makes hygiene difficult
How it is done
Step by step
- 01
Re-evaluation
After initial therapy we measure which areas still have deep pockets.
- 02
Surgery
We access the root to clean it thoroughly and, when the defect allows, place regenerative materials.
- 03
Healing and maintenance
Check-ups at one week and one month. Then periodontal maintenance every three to four months.
Who is a candidate
Is this for me?
- Patients with moderate to advanced periodontitis who already completed initial therapy
Common questions
What people ask us
Am I going to lose the teeth anyway?
The goal of surgery is precisely to keep them. With control and maintenance, many teeth with a questionable prognosis stay for years.
